NOTD - Illamasqua Nail Varnish in Nomad

I've been taking this jade baby for a ride for the last week. It's an unusual creamy mint, unusual not that it's a strange colour because I see a lot of brands trotting out similar shades, but because it's so lovely and opaque after a coat and perfect after two. Love that. Drying time is average, and I sped it up with some drying drops.
Below is two coats, plus normal base and top coats.
Also, a quick apology to the Sydney Tiffany & Co store who may get some strange requests for the nail polish they don't make. I've had different people ask me this week if it's "Tiffany" and some of them haven't understood me or not heard of Illamasqua (I swear I'm pronouncing this one just fine), so I've just agreed with them so it doesn't get any more awkward and I can just pick up my honey tofu cold rolls already. Yeah, I'm kind of a jerk sometimes.
But it really does need to be like the teensiest bit lighter/creamier with slightly more aqua tone to be spot-on anyway. I really like the shade, it's eye-catching, wears well (five days so far on me with nary a chip) and goes well against my uber-white skin tone. I've posted about maybe three different green polishes before, and this is now sitting pretty as my favourite.
Illamasqua Nail Vanish in Nomad is part of their Human Fundamentalism range, retailing for A$34. Exxy for a polish, but if you're normally buying Chanel polishes and their ilk (guilty!), I find Illamasqua makes a smoother, more pigmented formula. Plus you'll have $5 change for Donut King. Yay!

DeleteI felt bad for like 5 seconds after each encounter, then I remember the shopgirl there was rude to me last time I was in Tiffany's so whatever.
I didn't even realise Kevin and Paul had the same surname, haha. Never tried Illamasqua (or Chanel) nail polishes, as I can't bring myself to spend anything over $20 for a bottle. Sounds like a really high quality polish though :)
